Midnight Muse on the Train

While I see many examples of beautiful photography with slowed down shutter, most of the time the illuminated subjects are moved to create a figure. I tried this one where the subject was a static object, the night bulb on a train, and what moved was the camera.

Waited for the sun

This beautiful sunrise happened the morning I woke up completely broken by the previous day's rain shadowed road trip. Sad that the most picturesque stretch would be marred by the lack of sun, I went to sleep. And woke up to a beautiful surprise the next morning.
